a good experience, really!

spacious room unbeatable view attentive staff

I really liked that the room was quite spacious. there was also an unbeatable view of the golden horn. the staff were so lovely and attentive. plus, they arranged my airport transfer, very helpful! what a treat!!!

the room refrigerator did not work well.

breakfast offered typical turkish dishes with changing elements daily. there was a nice selection of turkish sauces, breads, cakes, fruits, coffee and tea. the breakfast setup was very convenient and clean. i loved it!!!

the hotel is close to sishane station and galata tower. it is also near major public transport routes. you can easily walk to galata square from the hotel. the general area felt safe.

the staff was very kind they provided many tips. the hotel manager interacted with visitors often asking about help needed.

the room's soundproofing was not great i could hear outside noise. the breakfast had limited hot food options.

great breakfast responsive staff uncomfortable beds loud minaret

The breakfast had a great variety. The staff gave me a welcome beverage upon arrival, I felt really special! They responded fast on WhatsApp. The hotel location was on a side street in Galata, really central!

The beds were super uncomfortable. There was a minaret 50m away, and it was super loud at 5am every day!
